  • 2. What should I do if my analyzer breaks?
    • We will replace it quickly and free. Although as clinical studies have shown, this situation has very low probability to happen.
  • 3. What should I do if I run out of the test strips?
    • The test strips can be purchased separately – 1500 rubles per package.
  • 4. The instructions say that an opened package of the test strips can be stored for 3 months. Can I use them after this period?
    • Dry reagents are used in the test stripes, and they can change their properties under the action of the air, but their appearance will not change. Thus, using expired test stripes you can get the wrong results. We highly recommend not to use expired test stripes. It is better for you to buy new ones when needed.
  • 5. Should I buy special container for urine sample collection?
    • You can use any available container – it fits the requirements if you can dip test stripe in it. You can even use the analyzer without container.
  • 6. They say that only test stripes are suitable for using at home. Is it true?
    • No. Test stripes allow you to estimate only one parameter and you can estimate the results only by eye. Also, this method does not allow to keep a history of analyses.
